If you begin an advert on the 5th of any month, your account will be rebilled for the same amount on the 5th of the following month, regardless of the advertising package, and thereafter until cancelled.
Cupidescorts.co.uk is a directory only, and not an agency or service. Cupidescorts.co.uk does not take any type of payment for escort bookings and only takes payment for advertising.
Cupidescorts.co.uk is not responsible for any consequences, damage or harm that may arise from the misuse of this information.
Cupidescorts.co.uk cannot promise that the site will be free of errors, even though every possible measure has been taken to ensure that the site’s uptime is as high as possible.
Disputes
If Cupidescorts.co.uk receives an alert from its account provider stating that a customer has disputed a payment, where either:
- The advertisement has begun but has not been completed for 30 days
- The advertisement has begun and been completed
The advertisement in question shall be cancelled, and the customer will be liable for the full amount plus a dispute fee.
The user shall then have their profile taken down from the website and shall be blocked from using Cupidescorts.co.uk for future advertisements.
If Cupidescorts.co.uk is dissatisfied with the documentation provided upon request (e.g., for age verification), all fees paid by the customer will be refunded in full in no more than 14 days.
The contract between Cupid Escorts and the customer
The contract between Cupidescorts.co.uk and the customer will become legally binding when any payment has been committed to by the customer, and these terms have been accepted (the acceptance will take the form of ticking checkboxes to signify that the customer agrees to the terms).
Each of the advertising packages offered by Cupidescorts.co.uk is for a set price and is for the amount of time stated.
If a user selects a recurring billing product, once the calendar month has concluded, the customer’s advertisement will automatically renew unless the customer cancels within that calendar month.
If the customer forgets to cancel within this period and is billed again, the customer will not receive a refund, partial or otherwise. If the customer claims a dispute for this reason, Cupidescorts.co.uk will challenge the claim, and the customer will be liable for the full amount and a dispute fee.
Cancellation of all advertisements
In the event that a payment is made for an advertisement that is cancelled by the customer or rejected by Cupidescorts.co.uk (for whatever reason) before it is made visible to the public on the website, we will refund this payment to the original payment source within a time period of no longer than 14 days.
Refund Policy
Cupidescorts.co.uk ensures that the website has an uptime of 97%. However, Cupidescorts.co.uk does not accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control.
In the event that the website is not updated in a timely manner or is offline for a significant amount of time, Cupidescorts.co.uk shall refund all customers in relation to the amount of downtime. Cupidescorts.co.uk shall refund all customers in relation to the amount of downtime.
e.g., 1 week’s downtime – The customer would receive 25% of their fee back.
2 weeks downtime – The customer would receive 50% of their fee back.
In no other circumstances would a refund be given. Once a customer has made a payment and our team has reviewed it, the advert will run for 30 consecutive days. The advert in question can be taken down from the site early, but a refund, partial or otherwise, will not be given.
General
Visitors of Cupidescorts.co.uk agree not to use any information or material on this website in harmful or illegal ways as defined within these terms and conditions.
The customer is solely responsible for the management of their own account, whether it be an escorting profile, agency, and/or advertisements. A customer may only create one account on Cupidescorts.co.uk.
An escort profile or agency is limited to one per customer; however, a customer can have multiple advertisements displayed throughout Cupidescorts.co.uk.
In the unlikely event that this policy is not adhered to or strictly observed, Cupidescorts.co.uk reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary against the customer; these actions may include the cancellation of services (with no refund) and/or blocking the user for future advertisements.
By registering with Cupidescorts.co.uk, the customer agrees that they offer an escort service for companionship only and under no circumstances offer paid services of a sexual nature.
Agency Ads
Any customer registering an agency advertisement with Cupidescorts.co.uk will ensure that all employees registered work for said agency of their own free will. Cupidescorts.co.uk has no responsibilities regarding individual agencies and their employees.
Marketing Policy
The customer agrees that Cupidescorts.co.uk has explicit permission to use any photos and advertisement information provided by them.
Social media channels (VIP ads only), such as Twitter, may be used by Cupid Escorts to promote the website (if agreed at account creation).
Cupidescorts.co.uk reserves the right to post the customer’s advertisement or portions of the advertisement on social media and/or in commercial email communications or any other form of communication without prior notice.
Only information already contained within the customer’s advertisement will be displayed. Any information given upon registering will not be shared.
Cupidescorts.co.uk reserves the right to utilise/use and modify for commercial purposes any of the customer’s photos without prior notice.
Media – Images / Other Resources
The customer agrees that they are the sole proprietor of all photos that are submitted to Cupidescorts.co.uk and that the photos do not represent images of others.
There must be no third-party markings, watermarks, logos or text on any of the media that is supplied by the customer.
Should images be found to be in breach of the above or be found to be (in the reasonable judgement of Cupidescorts.co.uk) obscene or inappropriate, we will remove them without warning, and your account may be cancelled. No refunds will be given to advertisements affected by the actions above.
All material supplied by the customer will remain the customer’s property, and the customer will be responsible. All such material will be assumed to be the property of the customer, with the freedom that it may be used without fear of breach of copyright laws. Cupidescorts.co.uk is not responsible for the content made available through the website; it remains the sole responsibility of the customer.
Cupidescorts.co.uk maintains the right, at all times, to remove any images, content or information placed by the customer at any time, without notice, if Cupidescorts.co.uk believes the reputation of the website may be damaged by its presence.
Advertiser verification
Initial account registration does not require government-issued identification (e.g., a driver’s licence or passport) unless the individual is aged between 18 and 21. Unverified accounts are published publicly but will not display a verification badge.
If any uploaded media raises concerns regarding profile authenticity, security, or age compliance, formal identification will be required. The profile will remain offline until our compliance team successfully verifies the user’s identity and legal age.
Failure to respond to a request from our team or to supply the required documentation will result in the permanent removal of the profile and associated content from our platform and servers. Any payments rendered for services or products will be promptly refunded.
Content Moderation & Quality Standards

- The customer is solely responsible for any liability arising out of the publication of any advertisement.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, your statutory rights are not affected.

Obscene words are not allowed in escort descriptions. If such words are entered, the profile may be published without a description or cancelled.
Sexual acts between individuals, masturbation or naked full frontal nudity are also not allowed in escort photographs, nor are persons who do not form part of the advertisement.

- Cupidescorts.co.uk does not guarantee the number and frequency of bookings; this will depend purely on demand and the appeal of the escorts’ profiles to clients.
- Cupidescorts.co.uk only promotes escorts for the purposes of companionship only. We do not promote any kind of sexual services. The escort should under no circumstances offer, promote, or accept payment for any kind of sexual services.
- For your convenience, the membership is automatically renewed at the end of each membership period. You are able to cancel your membership at any point by selecting ‘Cancel your account’ within your membership or emailing us directly, and your membership and billing will be cancelled with immediate effect.
- If billing doesn’t roll over (if you cancel your account), we will make our best effort to remove the escort profile promptly; however, it is the escort’s responsibility to ensure their profile and details are removed from the website.
